Wow, we could roam free through our school and there were no teachers watching all the hall ways. Once a classmate and I were kicked out of the classroom for like 10 minutes and nobody watched us. The headmaster came by (he came from an other classroom) and he laughed at us and went his way

Also in real life Tyler (Scott) and Dylan (Stiles) became best friends during this show. During later seasons they even chose to live as roommates in same trailer while they were filming. That's how good friends they became :)
