2021-11-15 23:10:52 +0000 UTCI have to admit that Klaus’s anger towards Elijah bc of Hayley (as heartbreaking as it all is) makes me happy (for lack of a better word) to see. And I mean that purely in the sense that we can all admit Hayley might not have the Mikaelson name, she is still just as much part of that family as the rest of them. On top of that, being Hope’s mother, I just think it was understandable and oddly was a great show to Klaus’s development. At the start of the show (and even in TVD) he didn’t think he needed anyone but over the past few series, you see just how much he craved and wanted those connections with those he cared for and became a better person for finally admitting that.
