Taylor is coming to New Orleans later in the year. Also, react to the new TTPD set she added to the tour. It is still amazing she can captivate the audience with just her and one instrument.

I know. You can see it in everything she does that she just loves us as much as we love her. It makes it easy to be a fan. 😂

Yep, it's really funny because I have yet to see very much of an Ego at all from her.. and I Love That!! one thing I hate to see when I go to a concert is an ego bigger than the venue.. can't stand that!!

To explain the acoustic collection: Each night of the show, she does two surprise songs. One on guitar, one on piano. They recorded all three nights at SOFI stadium, so they got all three acoustic sets. Well, fans usually call it surprise song o’clock. 😂 There’s no guessing what she’ll play for those—sometimes she even does mashups with two or more of her songs. It’s something fans really look forward to because of the surprise element, which she knows and likes to play with to keep things fun. There have been times where she messed up the surprise song by tripping over the lyrics because she got too excited or because she got mixed up about them, and she even like…asked the audience, “Was it X first or Y first?” And then starts from the top so they can get a good song all through. Truthfully, if I went, I would love to see her mess up the lyrics and start cracking up about it. That’s so REAL and fun to me. If she had the ego of some folks, she would be having a tantrum instead of saying, “Why do I WRITE stuff like this?” or “What a shame. What a shaaame. I practiced this ALL DAY.” (Making funny faces) “I messed up, so that means I get to do it again! That’s my rule!” - Real quotes Her having that big stage bow with her dancers… Singling out everybody working with her for applause but not ending with, “and last but not least ME” or anything—just sincerely stepping back and giving them a moment to shine—that gets me choked up, honestly. I used to do community theatre, and BOY do you meet some egos there. I tell you what, none of the leads in any of the plays I acted in would have voluntarily let that applause go to anybody else. Backstage I corrected one girl on something she got factually wrong (and brought an encyclopedia to prove it) and she was so offended that she made sure I couldn’t act at that theatre anymore. I went from solos to not even getting speaking parts. (Turned out she got lead roles because her mom was the number one donor to that theatre) So it means a lot to me seeing Taylor willingly take hands with backup dancers and do a group bow with real respect. I hope that rubs off on other artists. Showing respect on the stage and off of it. Paying well for time. She met all the union demands during the strike and made this whole film without a studio. She bankrolled it herself—no executive producer to be beholden to. Worked directly with movie theaters. I bet those studio execs were shaking in their boots… I’m falling asleep on my phone, oops…
