BTS started out as a hip hop group, then they slowly added vocalist but their older albums were very hip hop based. I’m only explaining this because they performed a lot of their older stuff in this muster! Their company was tiny and didn’t have the means to promote them properly so they just did it themselves. They write and produce all of their music, that’s why I was adamant on finding concerts will lyrics to both the speaking parts and the music. I hope you glanced at them from time to time because they talk about a lot of great topics! I’m really hoping some more other armys will provide their history and guides and give more context to them because I really want to rec suga’s solo concert. However, it’s a very heavy and personal concert and the lyrics are very at the forefront. It’s not really an idol concert, it’s a rap concert instead. They all did solo activities before they enlisted so all of them have some form of a concert or a performance where they show their capabilities. Musters are fanmeetings! They call them musters because it means ‘to gather troops’ since BTS in Korean stands for bulletproof Boy Scouts, essentially they’re gathering army’s to fight with them (perform and sing with them!) they do musters for their anniversaries and this was in 2019. It coincides with their love yourself tours, it’s nice since you just did their love yourself tour. I also recced this because it shows them being more laidback and showcases more of their personalities. The set lists for musters are top tier, they go for fan favourites instead of their top hits.
