It's been released for Japan and the US and EUROPE for streaming, but the album isn't out until 10/18. That's when the song will be available to stream worldwide. Most of Asia can't stream this on any platform. It's on western Spotify and Japanese streaming services. In Japan the MV and title song are released 3/4 weeks before the album to drive up the pre-sale of the album. So Japan promotions start now and end shortly after the album comes out, the reverse of how Korea does it. I don't think any Japanese song has been a SOTY contender.
