Jinx's paint attack on Piltover contained the same toxic chemicals as the gas Caitlyn and Vi were using to try to shut down her and Silco's old criminal network. I honestly think her plan was actually to die at Vi's hands, THEN have Sevika set off the bomb so Jinx could go out with a bang and force everyone in the city to remember her after she was gone Also, I've tried to put myself in Caitlyn's shoes in that last scene with Vi, and man, I don't know how I would react either. She just recently had a chance to shoot Jinx and hesitated because Vi was begging her not to, and because of that Jinx did a terrorist attack that killed several people, including her mother, and then got away. Now she has another chance to shoot Jinx...... and Vi stops her again, allowing Jinx to escape again and do a terrorist attack AGAIN that very well could have killed even more people as far as they know. She basically just relived the worst moment of her entire life and is having some sort of breakdown, and then Vi tells her the way she's acting is the same as the person who killed her mother? I can't imagine where her head is in that moment
