I've always understood that not everyone stays around to make sure the grave is closed properly. And not all families celebrate birthdays and holidays with cemetery picnics. There's still some places where haunting the hauntings is still a right of passage amongst the teens in the family at Halloween. I've never had any really bad experiences, as long as my mean cousin (VH) wasn't around. Can't say our family cemeteries aren't haunted. We do have one that's always - restless.
