More test prints for pending STL releases

Its been a busy month with both the Palladium work and home related work but I've been getting some print test in the mix as well. I just ran mini print tests of; the Stiletto C-1, Lancea, and Sagitta. As the photos show, all 3 of them printed beautifully, considering, again, they weren't designed with mini versions initially in mind. The Sagitta had a pancake of the left rear engine nozzle. I didn't catch that the support had disconnected itself from the nozzle when I was adjusting the placement of the surrounding supports. Easy fix, I'll be ensuring with a follow-up test print.

Additionally, as I type, I'm running another test print of a prior SATURN S 140% (roughly 1/100 scale) print of the TE-70 Stiletto Mk. II. I ran a large size print of the Stiletto Mk. II prior to winter settling in (you can see a photo of that print in the link above, it's the last photo in the collection) and, unfortunately, never got a chance to do a follow-up print (due to the lousy constant cold temperatures) to try to improve the results. We'll see how the second pass fares tonight. If I see satisfactory results I'll release this larger size supported version of the Stiletto Mk. II for you Saturn and likewise large build volume printer owners.

Also, as seen in the first photo, I've painted a Stiletto C-1 print with Tamiya AS-12 Bare Metal Silver and it looks gorgeous on the fighter. I've been dying to paint a silver version of one of the fighters for some time now, but the hobby shop (and apparently Tamiya itself) had been out of AS-12 for months. They finally got a bunch of the paint back in stock and I jumped on picking up a can. The new Stiletto C-1 variant was always the first on the list to get the silver treatment and I'm really liking the result. The paint is still a bit of a WIP so more photos of the final paint will follow There are also paints of the new Navaja B and TE-65A-2 Sharurä I'll be posting soon as well. And, yes, the STLs for the new UAP 2 variant will be dropping along with, likely some, or all, of the Tabletop mini prints featured in this post.
