July's 3D print release: the TE-46 Javelin D

Just a short and quick update; as the header states, up for next month will be the TE-46 Javelin D variant of the very first fighter release, the original TE-46 Javelin. Initially my plan was to possibly release the Ballista C-2 and the Javelin D as bonus fighter releases in addition to whatever fighter was slated for the official month's releases but too many things were going on, outside the 3D printing endeavor (freelance work included) to allow for that. So, July will see the new Javelin D drop, likely early in the month.

I'm also working on more Three Nine Line illustration work, as well as some other 3D print related stuff behind the scenes, so some of that will likely be dropping before the month's end.

I hope everyone's well, staying safe out there, and having a great week! Always, thank you for the support and interest in the work!

The original Javelin and Ballista were part of the very first batch of Zbrush designs I did, when I sort of stumbled into doing an ongoing sci-fi fighter project. At the time, this becoming a full blown project, or even 3D prints, wasn't the plan, I was just seeing what kind of designs I could get out of the approach I was using. I did like the Javelin, back when I designed the original, but I also felt it lacked the punch the following original Ballista design did. Coming back to the old designs with the notion of literary evolutionary variants, the Javelin D is meant to have a bit more punch to it (and add some more of those smooth design lines you're noting) . I've noted before, it's kind of like a Super Hornet style evolution of the original Javelin. I might have a few more cool variant versions of the existing fighters down the line with, of course, entirely new designs as well.

Awesome I really look forward to this one. It has great smooth lines. I actually like the lack on intakes it makes it more 80's sci fi.
