What is this?
Added 2018-01-20 06:02:05 +0000 UTCIn my spare time, I tend to work on writing that involves seeing life through other people's eyes -- alternative perspectives and such. Depending on when, or what, it can either be light-hearted, dark and twisted, or just a mix in-between with all the slices that real life likes to throw in.
My current project is called Press-Switch, an interactive story I started quite a long time ago. In order to give it more appeal, I have molded it into a visual novel. You can learn more about it by clicking on the link above.
(I do not own the art assets of the game, all copyright for that belongs to the various artists from developer BISHOP, and varying others. One day, maybe, I can get my own art assets onto it. For now, I'm focusing more on the writing/coding.)
Why Donate to me?
Probably better things you could do with the money, but that's up to you. People give money to all sorts of things, so do with it what you will. It's important to note that while I am endless appreciative of any support, financial or otherwise, that any donation should be made under the joy of my project(s) as they are now, and not as they will be. This is a side-hobby of mine, and while that could change, I don't want to feel obligated to work on it until that is the case. That said, I'm obviously not going to keep this patreon up if I decide to stop working on it. Which I guess... makes this whole spiel redundant!
Rewards
I generally do not believe in rewards for donating to something, it sort of undermines the concept of a donation. Though the tactic works well enough, I've donated more for rewards before. Not sure if I want to be that guy though. Besides, I don't know what I would do for rewards anyway...
It's a side hobby, so I can't say content, I don't have the time. Insight into the project? I mean, just post in my thread or message me -- I'm pretty responsive already. Early Access? No thanks, releasing is confusing enough as it is without releasing twice.
I might add a ridiculous reward at a stupid price as an experiment. Hahaha~
Anywho, thanks for stopping by. The place isn't very spruced up, but you know, I just moved in.

I just write P-S in my spare time, so it being free and this just being a "hey, here's something" sort of deal is probably for the best. People have already been more than generous, to be honest with you. I do like asking fans for their opinions, my thread on the TFgames forum is always asking things of the sort. I should pay more attention to this page too, I suppose. I've been meaning to spruce it up a bit. I'll talk more on that when I have a clear idea of what I would do.

2018-07-10 16:12:09 +0000 UTCi have to say it's a shame to see how little amount of patreon's u have, after playing a fair amount of the content u have already and mostly getting stopped because its unfinished i can say u have some great work hear, i can see some problems but that won't stop me from at some point (i would now but i can't financially) supporting u as atm press switch is one of the best visual novels i've played in prospective of where it is at in it's development and what i can only assume is from a single person (correct me if i am wrong) and has inspired me in my efforts to also create great games in the future when i can financially do so, i hope u can continue to make great content in the future. PS: i would like to also suggest maybe instead of going from route to route u pick one and focus on that or poll your audience and ask them what they would like to see worked on next even if it is just a side hobby what u are doing is great and having fan input can only improve your work in this kind of thing imo. PPS: sorry for the long comment :)
