Father Daughter issues

Octavia's father blames her for her mother's ill health and eventual death since she fell sick soon after Octavia's birth and never recovered. This meant no more children, and specifically no strapping sons for her father to raise into rough and tumble orc men. Because of this, he takes his anger out on Octavia whenever he gets the chance.
