Poll: Inquisitor Warlock

Should we keep Inquisitor Warlock in Tempus?

Pros:
- It's pretty fun.
- Cool casting animations.
- It makes being a mage pretty...invincible, really. Some people like that.

Cons:
- Extremely overpowered. Extremely.
- Easy to yeet yourself off cliffs and whatnot when using it.
- Can be difficult to comprehend how to use all of its features.

It's a fun mod but definitely lacks any mention or documentation when you start playing Tempus, even though it adds a pretty major new mechanic. Had to look around the Discord and Nexus to even understand what it was and how to use it. I think it could be better if activating it had an impactful cost. I disabled the on/off button toggle and use the walk back + sneak method which I think only adds its buffs and effects for a minute, too. Plus it plays a small casting animation. Still, unlike powerful things you have to grind for this one is available as soon as you start playing at level 1, and it never stops being OP. Maybe if its activation cost like 1 grand soul gem per use, or something? Or you had to acquire some sort of rather endgame artifact and keep it on you to be able to use it? The animations are actually kind of amazing FWIW, but can be really janky. Like for example sometimes I just swing around wildly without casting anything. It kind of feels like there's a combo system or something that I don't understand. Would be cool if enemies and followers/friendly NPCs would go into this mode more often. So you're not the only one suddenly turning overly OP. Fighting something that can suddenly leap tens of meters in any direction or literally machine gun spells at you is refreshing! In all honesty I voted for removal but I'm really on the fence, like 50:50 about this mod. If it could be polished and balanced out and also explained in the list's beginners guide book it'd definitely make a pretty good addition!

Given it's a toggle for the player, I wouldn't remove it. The animations are too much fun to reject. And last I checked it was disabled by default so it's a very intentional choice to use it. And NPCs use it as well, making enemy casters a bit more interesting and dangerous. It's not enough to totally balance it out but it's something.
