More 9.2 Master Profile Additions

The progression of 9.2 continues at my casual pace! I had a brief stop in rep to make sure I got flying unlocked and now I have Honored on Briggit & Erfen, my Jewelcrafter & Leatherworker!!
I've updated the profile to include Rank 7s on those with just blacksmithing left. The Rank 7 rings in particular seem to be selling, they are the only ones I've sold so far without cancel scanning. The Crafter's marks gear with enhancements is still in flux until TSM can reliably craft them, otherwise it's manual for now, but I seem them being great in the long term.
I'll clean things up over the next few weeks as things settle down with 9.2. With Mage Tower coming soon and players shifting to alts, I think we will see plenty of steady gold making opportunities ahead.
