First, I choose an idea of fwocvr,
"a ganguro, futanari, latex-clad villainess. A parody of Western comic book villains.
Of course, her evil plan is to turn other women into ganguro futanari bimbos too."
I'm still making it, but I hope to show you the line art before starting painting!
If you have some ideas for her fashions and backgrounds, and theme colors etc... please tell me!
I may add some of your ideas before finish this pic.
