End of November Update

There are no words that I can say but Thank You from the bottom of my heart. This month was filled with good vibes caused by the many of you who have come to my stream, whether if you're just watching, lurking, and interacting in chat with donations and etc. This has been one hell of a month. I thought i would be transparent with you guys on how everything is running with Twitch, Youtube, and Patreon. How well we did this month and what's to come for December. There is a lot of big changes that will be coming to 2018. I'm a bit nervous but i think we can definitely talk about this a bit.

First off let's talk Youtube. My Youtube adrev, as usual is horrid. But not only is it bad, its worse than its ever been. I don't know what been going on.. I know as of recent, Elsa Gate has definitely made having our videos advertiser friendly look more suss than ever, but its the unfortunate "no ads for the first couple days then we will put ads back up" type of ordeal. Like yes i'm glad they put ads back up, but they put it up when the prime-time of that video is already done. Unfortunately nothing can be done in that regard until Youtube creates a better system. 

How about sub growth on Youtube? It hasn't been as great either. At first we were projected to hit 10k subs by the end of 2017, but unfortunately we are still around 6.8k. We definitely slowed down in growth since the My Hero Academia anime has ended, though the Manga still does exceptionally well. Not as good as the anime reactions, but the love and support it gets is still fantastic. My only issue is that about 80% of my viewership is not from my subs, but rather from people just lurking around. I don't know how to keep people around or to have people subscribe to me. I decided to try at the beginning of the video to more urgent calls to action and reaching goals. I should also start trying like goals again. I dunno we will see. Ultimately, I'm a bit disappointed in my growth the past couple months but regardless I'm still grateful and happy that I'm able to be at the size i am at.. I'm not talking about my stomach either lolol

Patreon growth has somewhat stagnated. We've got like 2 new patrons for the $1 tier and I AM HELLA THANKFUL FOR THAT. Believe it or not but even $1 helps me a ton too. I'm thinking maybe i should have more call to actions on my videos for Patreon to just say "Support me on patreon bla bla bla" type of thing. I know Rich from ReviewTechUSA does it at the beginning of his videos and it sounds great! Much planning to think in terms of that to grow my Patreon. Patreon is how i see it, a bit of a consistent way of Fan Funding Income. Versus Twitch payouts and Youtube its a bit more stable. I'm pretty close to reaching my first goal on Patreon so hopefully we can get there :)

The majority of my current HERMSAUR revenue comes from twitch which is all FAN-FUNDED. And i cannot believe the support that you guys came through with this month. The bit-wars, the subscriptions, streamlab donations. Its been FUCKING CRAZY! Of course big shoutout to the heavy donators Gremmon Ridley Green Gongsun and Asuna. The bit boyz have taken over. If you guys didn't know, for Twitch Affiliates, we get paid out every 60 days of the month we reached threshold($100). I've been lucky enough where i reach threshold EVERY MONTH, which means i do get a payout every month. NOW! this mean that November's payout will be paid out at the end of January. and let me tell you, You guys have literally helped me come from a big dip because of this month. 2018 is definitely going to start off pretty solid considering.  And i hope i can continue to gain the support that you guys have given me. Because of the current past months revenue we have generated, I am officialyl quitting my job at the beginning of March 2018. I will be streaming 8-12 hours respectively on Friday and Saturday! At least I'll try to build my stamina to that! I enjoy streaming so much and now that i can call this an actual JOB/Career is fucking crazy my boys. Thank you and i hope you are excited for longer and EARLIER streams! I'm still a bit scared about doing all this, but I KNOW WE CAN DO THIS! You dont know how thanksful i am to you guys. One day once this shit takes off, I promise that i'll do you all proud! Hopefully on top of the crazy bits, we can gain more subscriptions as well! But to all those subscribed YOU ARE ALL FUCKIN AWESOME!

Above all I feel like It was a solid November! I still feel pretty sad about my growth in terms of more following, but damn do i have a strong support system with you guys! WILD! if anything else comes up you guys know i'll mention it. Also i'll have an update video on Youtube when the times come. ITS FINAL TIME BOYZ! also im graduating so thats cool :P
