2021-04-28 16:38:15 +0000 UTCYes, Isabel, please go off to the world, explore it and share your experiences with us! It is a joy to listen to your musings. You are a beauuuuutiful being!
2021-04-14 21:56:21 +0000 UTCSprouted bread recipe, Yes, please!
2021-04-13 19:57:37 +0000 UTCI'm really enjoying your videos on your diy of the tiny house, and I look forward to watching your family farm bloom soon. The little window near where your wood fire used to be, makes the house look so pretty. I dream to be having your life. I live in the city and it's not the best lifestyle, the food is not great and the air quality and noise pollution makes it impossible to meditate outdoors, and even indoors. I would so love to hear the silence of the forest and the water in person. I can understand why your so happy and have clean energy, compared to what I have around me.
2021-04-13 19:48:09 +0000 UTCYou’re inspirational because who you are, not because your tiny house in your family farm. Hope you explore the world and do different things and share your experiences with us! Your beautiful soul resonates with me. We need to be grateful for what we have when we have it. Another great insight!
2021-04-06 05:18:08 +0000 UTCI feel Isabel is specially gifted too. "Beyond 3D" is an interesting way to describe her many gifts. It seems she has very strong ties to the spiritual world beyond what we can see in this physical world.
2021-04-03 21:13:37 +0000 UTCSpeaking as one of your new biggest fans, My attraction to watching & listening to you is that you're being yourself & that is why your so popular among your fanbase. It wouldn't matter where you live or what your doing as long as your doing what makes you happy, living each day with intent & appreciation for the moment & place you are. Love You!
2021-02-27 15:19:02 +0000 UTCI LOVE these little conversations! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You asked a lot of questions...I live in Colorado and LOVE the snow! I grew up in Florida where there is no real change of seasons and it is unbearably hot most of the year with tons of bugs! (Can you tell how much I miss it?) I moved to Colorado about 25 years ago, no regrets. The change of seasons is awesome. The winters here are not too bad, every once in a while we will get a cold blast, but it always gets nice again. This year has actually been too warm. Lots of days in the 40's and not enough snow. It makes me nervous for the summer, water restrictions and wildfires. Sometimes I think I should move farther north or higher in elevation (7,000 ft here), but I, too, feel comfortable (complacent) with where I am living. We'll see what happens in the future... One way I change things up is to travel with my camping trailer every summer. I like just getting away from my apartment and having new adventures. I find that I tend to do more things, be more active when I go to new places. I spent a year living in my camper traveling the US and it was awesome! Hope to get that chance again someday in the future, but I will always want a "permanent" place with snow! I love to go out with my dogs away from people and noise...I hike to a creek and just listen to the water and the silence. It is so beautiful! And when the snow is falling, it makes such a peaceful sound and drowns out the rest of the world. Anyway...I would enjoy following you on your new adventures where ever they take you! Thank you again for making this world a better place! Love!!
2021-02-19 17:20:22 +0000 UTCThe weekly kind of 'conversation' would be amazing :)
2021-02-17 19:21:42 +0000 UTCOh my god me too. My past life one of them was me as a french woman who’s husband died in war and i just rotted away in my house lmaaaoooooooo
2021-02-17 06:03:49 +0000 UTCBy the way, I LOVE your yoga. I tried to follow other people’s yogas but yours is so special. 😁
2021-02-17 06:01:28 +0000 UTCPeople follow you because of you not your physical content. When people resonate with your energy you gotta flourish your energy by following your heart. Lots of love! Good luck being free as a bird. What scares me is traveling alone, well i gotta wait until i get my passport in a few years as a refugee. But it’s still in my plans hehe.
2021-02-17 06:00:32 +0000 UTCI am sure I listened to this before, because a lot of stuff you say, I've heard you say before. As far as your past romances, these were given to you for a purpose, something you had/have to deal with. The Jan swim was a cleansing swim. I believe you are beyond 3D and those were people out of your past lives. You appear to be an empath, so you can sense people's emotions around you. It is a gift, but you have to manage your gift. I am an empath of sorts. I have looked at a person and immediately fallen in love with them. I have been shut out of someone's life like you talked about. I know it hurts, but draw a learning experience from these events. Whatever you say on this channel is fine. Today is February 2nd and we are supposed to be getting a norteaster storm. It happens only of the New England coast. We are getting about 4 inches of snow here, other areas got a lot more snow.
2021-02-02 20:35:32 +0000 UTCi have to currently live in northern ND and it’s UNBEARABLY cold most days 💔 thank you for the gentle reminder that this will pass. we will move. love yourself. love the earth. feel ALL the emotions
trisha hartley
2021-02-02 18:27:06 +0000 UTCI also bottled up my emotions for years, as a child / teenager. For years I hid behind my PC in my bedroom and let myself be completely distracted. I fully understand. I already like it when you are busy with the vegetable garden in the summer (gardening) but I am grateful for everything you show. I like everything. Just be yourself with videos. I also want to get out of my comfort zone more often, since I also feel stuck with my job and home. Omg, I always turn off my WiFi at night too. I don't trust radio waves, I use cables for everything (lan). In the Netherlands it is close to 0 degrees at night. Some nights it freezes. During the day just above 0. Whe had 1 day snow last week. Greetings !
2021-01-30 20:22:46 +0000 UTCHi Isabel ... I really enjoyed this newsletter , especially when you were talking about breaking out of the comfort zone. I have found that when my life gets into a rut, there is nothing more healing than to jump out of that comfort zone into a state of chaos. Nothing helps me more. I have recently pulled up stakes in Georgia and have moved to Las Vegas for several reasons including work. I've been here many times, but didn't think I would be moving across the country to my beloved desert. In another reference to your newsletter, I consider you to be a very adept filmmaker and would trust you to direct one of my projects for sure! I love your angles, use of perspective, and the sharpness of your editing style. I would love to support a project of yours to the extent of my ability. Be well, this winter is a long one, but Spring is around the corner. Best wishes and keep up the good work!
Gregg Parrish
2021-01-24 01:08:45 +0000 UTCA someone who's moved around their whole life, every time I find comfort in a new space (good friends, neighbours, job...) I get all my courage again to move on, a have other adventures in other spaces. Tbh it would be easier to stay. But there's always this longing for something else when you're comfortable, and there is a certain danger in comfort, where your mind isn't as nourished, and I feel it's selfish in ways to stay somewhere when you could be further acquiring knowledge by moving around. Anyway, I understand the whole comfort situation and scared you won't find it again, even though you will.
2021-01-16 19:22:44 +0000 UTCWould love a sprouted bread recipe!! And we all support wherever you want to go ❤️
2021-01-15 13:58:49 +0000 UTCYes to sprouted grain recipe!! I make bread weekly but always looking for new recipes.

2021-01-14 14:29:00 +0000 UTCI will watch your videos regardless of where you go bc it's you. It is your energy I'm following.

2021-01-14 14:23:33 +0000 UTCI hope you enjoy sharing as much as we all enjoy listening ☺️ Winters in South Spain...it’s when the dolphins come close to the coast 🐬 🌊 ☀️ Love - I have the same fears and same desire yet I’ve been completely single for 3 years now...and each year I see I have learnt so so much that I wouldn’t have with a boy in my life. Because I get completely absorbed in other a romantic relationship and lose myself to the romance 🥰 I personally would love to hear a little about your camera, you inspired me to pick one up. Any resources (books, articles, videos) you found helpful to help me on my creative journey!? So much love to you. ❤️✨
2021-01-14 11:20:48 +0000 UTCI’m in Sedona Arizona and it’s not bad. 40’s at night and high 50’s in the day. Loved your mp3 newsletter.
2021-01-14 02:06:29 +0000 UTCMissed your energy so much, hope to hear from you soon Isabel and hope everything is great! Wishing you a happy New Moon :)
2021-01-13 15:32:29 +0000 UTCMaybe change by episode to make it worthwhile
2021-01-13 02:56:29 +0000 UTCHello. I expected weekly recipes but I am not seeing it. I hope you haven't discontinued it.
2021-01-12 12:33:35 +0000 UTCGood Morning Isabel! It’s always so lovely to hear from you. To give feedback.... these little talks are perfect! You asked what we would like to see: I think a commitment from you for your Patreon followers would be a twice a month “podcast” with 2 recipes a month and maybe at least 1 yoga session a month would help people continue their subscriptions. Your inspirational! From a woman old enough to be your mother it’s fun to just feel like I’m helping support a young talented, passionate woman. I love being here for you and giving what support I can. Please post a recipe for your sprouted bread... I’ve been searching for a recipe similar to the ones I’ve seen you create on YouTube and the breads never seem to bake all the way through. I’ve tried making them as thin as possible to still have a bread and not a cracker but 3 hours later - still moist. I love your food explorations - this is what drew me to Patreon...that and to help support you. Much love and encouragement! Keep being you!!!! Tam ❤️
2021-01-10 15:18:48 +0000 UTCI live in the middle of Germany and there is nearly no snow at all. A few years ago, there have been at least a few weeks where we had a lot of snow. The few snowflakes we have these days don‘t last that long, most times they are melting directly... And I really have to say that I miss the snow. Right now everything is just brown and muddy...
2021-01-07 22:04:52 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! Loved listening to the newsletter! I watched the video where you're making the sprouted bread and it looks so good, I would love for you to post the recipe. I've recently made a few of the other recipes you've posted and they're each amazing! For the outdoor oven you mentioned, I think you're referring to Cobb. It's a mix of earth clay, sand, and water. I've seen other off grid YouTubers make things out of it. I'm glad you're enjoying your tiny home! It looks so cozy and cute. I hope you get the chance to branch out and follow whatever dreams you have for yourself. Everyone deserves that. Much love Sweetie! <3
2021-01-07 20:21:56 +0000 UTCLoving the audio newsletters so much! I listen to them while I walk through the forest and along the beach to work where I work at a yoga studio. All the videos you create are absolutely incredible and I think that following your creative intuition and what you feel drawn to create and what lights you up and makes you happy will resonate with your magic and will be incredible for all of us to watch! Lots of Love -S
2021-01-07 00:34:27 +0000 UTChello Isabel It is really impressive what you created. This sense of community full of good energies. I think that all of us here are involved in your personality, you are real. We all have our insecurities, whichever way you go I am sure that we will all follow. So good to feel insecure, it is a sign that we like to live and value the little time we have. I totally support the idea of the podcast, whatever you decide I'm always here :) We all have to learn from you, don't forget that. I also have ambitions in the area of documentaries, which is what I really like to do. Thanks for everything, I love you! >3
2021-01-06 22:02:02 +0000 UTCHi Isabel, weekly updates from you in audio format is a great idea! For a person like me who lives in a city but dreams about life closer to nature it’s very interesting. I have already started to do some changes in this direction. Like for example opting for part time job instead of full time. Also I’m trying to spend more time hiking and this year I plan to build my tiny house in a countryside (unfortunately it’s not in the mountains) where my family relatives live. So your build is a real inspiration to me. Regarding your videos in the future I would like to see something more about gardening. But in general I think it’s better to have this attitude „no one is watching my videos...“ :) like you had in the beginning. So that you can film whatever you want to and feel at the moment rather than please someone else‘s expectations. Thank you for loving us, complete strangers, but I know that while watching your videos or listening to your updates there is some kind of connection between us and we are not strangers anymore :) Love you too from Slovakia!
2021-01-06 20:44:16 +0000 UTCThank your this beautifullly honest update. I really enjoy your content on here as well as on Youtube. I have to say that I did find you because of your Mountain videos but that is only part of the reason why i subscribed to your channel . The other part is that I love your personality and they way you live your life and approach your life. I also loved watching your older videos , your yoga videos and your vegan recipes videos. Also I just want to see you thrive and do what makes you happy so if you want to move away for awhile or for years and live somewhere totally different. I would definitly support your, love your content and watch everything. I really love this conversation format. Now you asked what winter is like where we all are from . I am from the middle of Germany live in a city so we had one day of snow in 2020 and none so far in 20121. That is also partly to climate change. Lots of Love from Germany
2021-01-06 13:46:24 +0000 UTCLoved this conversation format, for sure do more if you can! ❤
2021-01-06 13:38:27 +0000 UTCIf you want to change your life ans content then do it, don't let subscribers control that for you. You might lose some that watch for the mountains but I'm positive most watch for your vibe and your views on life and the style of your videos and we'll stay for whatever you put out!
2021-01-06 13:19:30 +0000 UTCI can guarantee you isabel, by following your heart with what you create you'll be creating the right things at the right times... it's not the tiny house or the mountains but your vision and growth and seeing things as you see them. When you know it's time for growth it's time for growth, this channel may bring so much clarity and perspective and joy to us but it is yours and we will love to see you challenge yourself with new content and journeys. I trust your intuition. You could live a full life sustainably at your tiny house BUT YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER in any path you chose to take. My winter... i think you've experienced it?? I live 4hours north of Perth in Western Australia... no true winter.. i've never seen snow... but i love love the beaches!
2021-01-06 13:18:06 +0000 UTCDear Isabel, thank you so much for your beautiful words. I think you should really just go and do what your heart tells you. Dont think about if others will like it or not. Maybe some people dont like it but others will. It is important what you want! Now you have the possibility to go and do whatever you want. You dont know what the future brings. I really understand your feelings. Sometimes I feel so Stuck in life. I am 29, married and have 3 little children. I love them so much and i also love my life but something inside me wishes to be free again and to be Free to do what i want. To travel the World by bicycle , learn about other countries and diffrent cultures. But it is not possible because the children need to go to School and kindergarden. And dont Worry about your lovelife. You will find the love of your life! Here in Germany we have a saying wich is called 'every pot hast its lid' i dont know if something like this exists in english. And somewhere in this World there is your lid walking around and waiting for you. You asked about our winter. I live in a City called Hannover in Germany. It is about 2 degree and rainy. Sometimes it snows but it doesnt stay. Evey day my kids run to the Window, Look outside and ask 'mommy will it snow totay?' Thank you so much for your inspiring Videos. In one of your Story you filmed yourself while sitting on the spinning wheel and while weaving. I Was so amazed by this. So i bought a hand spindle, raw wool and hand cardings and started to spin. It feels like a therapy to me. I would really love to have a recipe about your sprouded bread. I saw it in your New story yesterday and immediatly wanted to try it. And I would love to hear a weekly update about your life :-) Have a nice day <3
2021-01-06 11:17:29 +0000 UTCThis feels like having a long conversation on the phone with a good friend. :) I‘m exited to hear a weekly update from you! Much love to you, Isabel! xx
2021-01-05 20:57:30 +0000 UTCYou are a peach, Isabel, and have been a bright light to weathering 2020 - Thank you! I became a Patron because you are so hardworking and wanted to support you in some way. I adore your rambles, they make me feel less alone. I've really enjoyed what I've been able to pick up from your plant-based/vegan lifestyle. Since watching your videos I've found myself more inspired to spend a day slow cooking a large batch of something warm to enjoy in the days to follow. As a patron, it would be incredible to learn more about your passion for food/cooking. This winter I've been having a terrible time with hormone in-balances, which I'm sure are aggravated by the stresses of 2020, but trying hard to follow Ayurvedic practices. I'm not sure if this is an area of interest for you but would be curious about your thoughts. I'm writing from snowy/icy Upstate New York. Happy New Year! x
2021-01-05 20:35:18 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! I would love to hear a podcast from you every week, that would be reeealy lovely! And I wanted to tell you that I think that I am gonna love whatever you film, because I just love your energy and everything, that is the reason I love to watch you hiking the same mountain again and again haha:D I live in Czech Republic and there is snow just somewhere, but my father lives in mountains and it is sooo beatiful here! I have online school because of the covid and beeing here in the snow and beeing able to be outside after school is realy great.<3 Love you all beautiful people, take care!
2021-01-05 19:57:44 +0000 UTCIt's crazy how you seem to be describing exactly what I'm going trough in life at the moment. I'm also living in a small town (not the mountains haha - but we do get snow in Finland tho :D) where I moved from London a while back. On the other hand I loved the idea of it, and still do - the slow pace of life, focusing on the moment and taking it day by day. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND I have the same sense of wanting, or almost like an urgency, to leave and GO and just live in the world, and experience something completely different from where I'm living & what I'm doing right now. I WANNA LIVE elsewhere & get out of my comfort zone, meet new people & grow through those experiences. And it scares me SO MUCH, idk how could I ever do it - but I have a huge feeling I almost need to, like it's meant to happen sometime in the nearish future. So yeah :D Also, YTT in India became a dream for me through your videos so thank you hahah! & Thank you for all you do, you help me to articulate & understand my own feelings better :) What you do is beautiful and very inspiring! Keep up the videos & be courageous in creating new things that inspire you, because usually if you are inspired it shows and makes the audience enjoy it as well! x
2021-01-05 18:26:09 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! I love these voice memo/podcast recordings! Please continue to do them! It feels so personal and like I'm sitting right beside you listening to you. I feel the same way as you in many things that you mentioned. I am scared that I'll never find "the one", or fall in love in general. But I think we just have to focus on things we already love, and love will find us in due time. Love you!
2021-01-05 17:33:14 +0000 UTCThank you for this long update Isabel, absolutely loved it! So definitely yes to a podcast or just listening to your train of thoughts like this 💜 Also the bread recipe and any other recipe for that matter 😅 Please don’t be afraid to follow your heart. Like I read in previous comments, the energy in your videos comes from your passion. If you don’t want to film that any more, it will show anyway. Do what makes you happy and brings you joy. Maybe some people will unfollow if you change your content but I guarantee others will join your journey, cause you are a true artist and super talented 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 thank you for the “escapism” you bring us here and on YouTube. All the best for you!
2021-01-05 08:42:44 +0000 UTCHello Lovely, I think when making art it is important to remain true to what you value and want to create. The people who support you are here because of your interpretation of what it means to exist and how you persevere in order to make that possible. Lean into fear and follow your intuition. No matter what people will flow in and out of your creative space - it won't matter so long as you continue to love what you do. I would love to see what other endeavors you are excited about. Feed the cycle of change. Live it up, girl.
Chanelle
2021-01-05 00:35:08 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! I love your life updates off your Youtube channel, thy feel so intimate and raw. I love hearing the things that creators don´t really share in their stripped videos. I honestly would be extremely shocked if any of your viewers left your channel,if you wanted to explore new content. We watch and are part of your Patreon because we love you and your message. Don forget that. Winter here is around the 20s-30s, we are in a drought so even though temps are low we have only had a few snows. Unfortunately, we are experiencing extreme weather events. Like having a 2 foot snow and the less than a week later a 60 degree day...Global warming. My heart is deteriorating with the planet. Luckily watching your videos reminds that there are still people who love this Earth like me. Thank you and we are all here for you
2021-01-05 00:33:46 +0000 UTCyoure such a loving person its just natural for you to love anyone you get close to, even the guys. the last thing you want to do with your wonderful ideals and ways, is to get with a guy that is not completely crazy about you and PERFECT for you. completely like minded. maybe you can think of it as a blessing when they decide you may not be the one for them, but you can still love them because you knew them. youre very young, the right one for you will show up. keep chasing the magic and forget about a guy and he will show up.
2021-01-05 00:14:49 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! Love your videos, they are heart breakingly beautiful! I wouldn’t worry too much about what others think or are expecting out of your channel, I am here for all of your adventures! Here in Phoenix the “winter” is pretty short and mild. We’ve been getting into the mid to high 30s at night/early AM but during the day it’ll go back up to 60s/70s and alllll the sun. All the time. The desert winters are bitterly cold as we have no humidity (it’s sooo dry here) but it only lasts just a few short hours per day! (For about a month LOL!) PS yes please to the bread recipe! Also girllll monetize that channel, you deserve to get paid for your art :) You are my biggest inspiration, have a beautiful day!
2021-01-04 23:47:57 +0000 UTCI think people are drawn to your channel because they appreciate the way you follow your bliss (do what you want, love, etc.). So follow your bliss. Everything else will take care of itself.
2021-01-04 21:48:47 +0000 UTCI think podcasts would be amazing. More specifically, emotions you felt while transitioning from city to farm life. It's weird but when you talk about your emotions, I feel so connected to you in a way, because it's almost exactly how I feel or have felt about events in my life. Also, would love more recipes. I've tried a couple of yours and they all were so great!
2021-01-04 20:33:17 +0000 UTCDon’t worry about the type of videos you create. It’s your creativity that we (I) are (am) drawn to. I’ll watch anything.
2021-01-04 19:09:29 +0000 UTCHey you sweet soul* I am living here in Germany and winter is pretty nice right now - it´s about 32 F and we have some snow every other day. Not as much, but last years where really really warm, so I enjoy the cosy time :) Love your content and finally started to support you here, to make sure I can enjoy your creativity in the future, too <3 Darling, everything you do is just right. And if it isn´t - just stop and do something else instead. As you mentioned in an earlier post - we really have a small amount of time on this earth - and the purpose is to love, and you are showing the world so much love you give, I mean. You are an inspiring and wonderful young woman and I deeply respect you going your way up there in the mountains. Brave and far away from comfort, yes. There´s meaning. I also struggle leaving my comfort zone and to be honest - I don´t really do it enough :) I focus on what´s important to me and yeah, I´m working on it! Lots of love and light from Germany*
2021-01-04 18:14:29 +0000 UTCThose who enjoy your videos, enjoy them because of your artistic style, eye for beauty, intention and care you put into every part of the process! You still have all of those things, no matter where you are or what you are shooting. If your intuition is calling you towards something, there is always a reason for that. Those interested in your journey and art are interested in you and whatever is best for you as well. I know I am not just speaking for myself when I say I will support you in whatever journey calls you! Your energy and time is valuable and there is no need to put any of it towards anxiety over what others will think. If you know something is right for you, don't let anything or anyone stop you!
2021-01-04 17:47:37 +0000 UTCIsabel! Do not worry about wanting to travel and create different content!
2021-01-04 17:41:14 +0000 UTCHi Isabel, It's always great to hear from you in whatever format you feel like doing or are actually able to deliver. Your videos are always fantastic and for that short time that I am watching I actually feel like I am with you there in the mountains or wherever you are. You should go travel again, find that love, exercise your passion and take us with you! I also truly believe that you have to really get out of your comfort zone and feel the fear to make anything in life. Sitting watching others do it just does not cut it. You seem to have a natural way with talking and describing stuff, listening to you talking about having a pee outside cracks me up or how you are slipping around on the ice, painting a picture in my mind, making stuff like your fridge getting too hot into something really interesting - I want to know more now, its a story that I am excited to hear more about! We had snow here a couple of times recently - nothing to write home about and it soon went again - it was a bit like you described, wet and slushy. I lived in Sweden for a while and they really do snow, but they seemed really geared up for it and just got on with life. My car froze due to the cold and there was about a month where I could not drive it. Please do share the bread recipe. I love to bake when I can. I am stuck in a hotel at the moment so the most I get to cook is some hummus that I make in the bathroom but love baking recipes and dreaming of home baked bread. Oh the smell... Barnaby
2021-01-04 16:42:17 +0000 UTCYes to the sprouted bread recipe! Thank you! Lots of recipes would be amazing. Also things like grocery hauls & what you buy/how you use it. Very much looking forward to more building/gardening/farming posts when the weather is nicer, too. I live in Minnesota & winters are BRUTAL here, -65 sometimes, though this winter we have been blessed with a warm, albeit wet, winter. Climate change is really a thing, u can tell very distinctly how it is different now than it was years ago based on the growing seasons ((I am an avid urban produce gardener))
2021-01-04 16:21:16 +0000 UTCYour videos are very professional. How do you film the scenes where you are running through the meadows and climbing the mountains? Do you use a drone or do you film in small segments using a stationary camera? You have so many reasons to be proud of yourself. Just think about the places you have already been to and how much you have accomplished thus far in your life. How many 22-year old women have built their own home! I just noticed I have to press shift+ return to enter a new line. Sorry, this is my first time on patreon.
2021-01-04 16:16:42 +0000 UTCYou are such a breath of fresh air! I love listening to you. You eat so healthy. I'm looking forward to making all your recopies.
2021-01-04 16:07:26 +0000 UTCYes on the sprouted bread!!

2021-01-04 16:03:07 +0000 UTCWoops, I just pressed the enter key and it went to a new box. I would urge you to follow your dreams and your passion. Your followers will watch and enjoy whatever you post here and on YouTube. I have also been watching "Trent and Allie" as they traveled through South and Central America in their van. They are now building a home in the mountains of Utah. I also urge you to monetize your videos. I'm pretty sure that Trent and Allie are clearing close to $100,000 per year after YouTube takes their cut. This money could go a long way towards helping you to achieve your goals.
2021-01-04 16:02:59 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! I'm much older than you. I currently live in Boston, Massachusetts, but plan to buy some waterfront property in Maine within two years. I spent the best five years of my childhood on a farm in Linneus, Maine which is now part of Houlton. The temperature sometimes got as low as 50 degrees below zero and we got a lot of snow.
2021-01-04 15:54:36 +0000 UTCI recently went through a deeply painful breakup after a 3 year relationship. I’m not completely recovered yet but I have basically given up on meeting someone to live forever with so I’m making all of my future plans for me. I’m 35 though so you have lots more time to meet your person 😊. Do whatever makes your heart soar because we all came here to see you love life. Don’t worry about disappointing anyone! Be yourself and I guarantee we’ll all be here to support you still! Also, I want every recipe you ever even think to come up with! I’ve made essentially everything you’ve videoed or posted and every recipe is perfection!
2021-01-04 15:40:23 +0000 UTCHi Isabel, I would like to see recipes possibly with pictures of progress. Thank you!
2021-01-04 15:24:55 +0000 UTCHi Isabel, I loved listening to your train of thoughts here. When I was in my early twenties (I just turned 30), I also went through a horrible breakup that deeply hurt me, and I was sure, that I would never ever wil find a partner again. What I've come to realise, is that it wasn't the breakup that scarred me, but it was the relationsship in itself. I'm now after many years of beeing alone in a relationship again - but I also know, that if things don't workout, I'll be just fine. I think, beeing content with just oneself is an incredibly powerful certainty. Winter has been quite dry where I live, but it just snowed which I'm very excited about. Although, its already turning into slush, but that a very "normal" winter-experience here in Berlin (Germany). A podcast - or a similar open format - would be great, maybe covering different subjects (food, cooking/sprouting/fermenting, Yoga, building & living in the tiny house, challenges) but maybe also your plans for the farm like permaculture or "critical" topics like consumerism and living a "simpler" but still challenging life that goes against the grain. Maybe you could also invite someone to join you or just explore these topics by yourself. I feel so lucky to be part your life in that way and I will support your creative and unique endeavours - whatever they will be :)
2021-01-04 12:15:53 +0000 UTCHi, love your stories. Because you asked, winter here is relatively mild. It is about 5deg C (=41deg F). I am doing a lot of carpentry, would have loved to help you out with the tiny house, although not really as I am about 4000 miles away. Still, if you ever need some advice, don't hesitate to ask. I agree with Shannon (see earlier reply) that you do not have to worry about what we, your followers, want. Your free spirit is what brought many here, so keep on sharing the things you love to do, whatever that is. You might lose some followers, you might gain some. But none of that matters, this is all about you and your journey through life. And thank you for the privilege of letting me witness all of this.
2021-01-04 08:21:35 +0000 UTCvids , letters it all good, we love it
2021-01-04 07:51:30 +0000 UTCAlso, anything you create I will gobble up-I think your community shares a lot of the same interests that you have. Don’t feel trapped, your freedom is what we love.

2021-01-04 05:41:52 +0000 UTCHi Isabel, I love this little chat! By the way, I never knew I would love watching people living in the mountains by themselves until I randomly saw your videos on youtube (which has been a true blessing). We never know what other people will like in the end and I would just love to see whatever you’re passionate about and want to explore in life :) Also, I tried your sweet potato cheesecake recipe today and loved it so thank you!

2021-01-04 02:30:33 +0000 UTCIf you feel the need to explore a different aspect of your self, plan for it and take some time off to go and do it. You'll miss your little nook in heaven you have there in no time :-) If you ever feel alone, listen to the birds sing. If you're in need of a hug, feel the Sun's warm embrace. You're never alone, You are perfect, Just the way you are. Be safe, XOXO
2021-01-04 02:24:03 +0000 UTCHi Isabel! I would love your sprouted bread recipe. I’m on the Kootenay Lake in BC, which winter season is similar to where you are. Any snow we do get is washed away by the rain lately. Sending you a ton of love 💜

Do you plan on growing a food forest? That’s what I am starting in the spring. It is so good for this beautiful earth and all of it’s innocent creatures. Don’t worry, pretty girl. You’ll find yourself. In the meantime, enjoy the journey and love yourself no matter what. ☮️💕
