5 Minute Breathing Meditation

If meditation overwhelms you, then this is the perfect exercise to do, thats easy enough to fit into your schedule on a daily basis.  I would recommend doing this right away in the morning when you wake up, and right before you go to bed.  

You dont need to sit in silence for hours a day, all you need is a couple minutes of mindful breathing to experience such amazing benefits:)
