Welcome to the beginning of your yoga journey!
Here is the first video in a year long series that will bring you to complete balance of mind+body+soul. This is the perfect combination of movements that will awaken your body and mind and prepare you for deeper stretching/strengthening.
This warm up should be practiced before any future yoga flows that i post. I would also recommend this warm up to do every morning upon wakening to check in with your body and bring more mindfulness into your daily routine. This is your warm-up but it can also be your entire practice. Yoga doesnt have to be a long practice, it can simply be a couple minutes a day of stretching. I always tell my students its better to do 15-20 minutes daily versus 1 hour a couple times a week.
