You misinterpreted the Anna crying scene. She's upset because she feels she let her manager and mom down. She couldn't fulfill a work obligation. She's not being forced to work. The reason Kyo says she's more grown up than the rest of them is because unlike other Middle schoolers, she got more responsibility to worry about than just school (i.e. work)
