I'm a big retro tool

Dear Patrons new and ol... er, current!

You'd be amazed how often people ask in my video comments about the tools I use on my retro gear. So I've carefully curated a new (constantly updated) list of just that, available in UK & USA varieties, though you can use the info anywhere in the worm I mean world.

Not only might the tools help you up your retrocomputing game, but they also help support my little channel a few pence at a time, so thank you! πŸ‘πŸ•Ή

Take a look here now

I'll be back soon with a fascinating look at some remnants of legendary cancelled Team17 games that I found on their Amiga 4000! Maybe we'll even recreate some of it...

Thank you for your ongoing support. It still means the worm to me.

I was. I didn't know how much better life could get though. That was all I knew about at the time, then Hakko came along. It works as good as it looks πŸ‘πŸ•ΉοΈ

Weren't you using a Gaojie type desoldering gun for a while? If so do you find the Hakko a lot better? I have a Gaojie MT-995 and even with this tool sometimes chips on the C64 are still stubborn to remove, even after adding fresh solder!

Of course. I had to save up, and no pressure from me, but man that thing has saved me hours. I've never had C64 chips just fall out of the board before that. Good for your Christmas list πŸŽπŸ˜‰
