Dear Supporters,
Boy am I excited to share this with you. It just might turn the love of restoring these classic machines on its head. In a good way.
Here's how to retrobright, using just the sun. No seriously, just the sun. Because, SCIENCE.
As always feel free to suggest any ideas or fixes. Enjoy your early-bird access and thank you for all your ongoing support.

Good question. Heat inside cases rises so the top is always warmer than the bottom. You haven't mentioned diffused UV-A, which would still not hit an area in shadow such as the bottom of the case. Other than that, different inconsistent plastic mixtures will also play a part.

Question to the possible reason for the yellowing in the first place: you assume that slightly heat is the reason. But why some of the things are only yellowing ob the top? Or why does a sticker prevent the plastic from yellowing?
Also flourencense light could have influence but in the most living rooms in Europe for example common bulbs are used, very seldom neon tubes.
Simple Oxidation could also not be the reason, because the plastic is not yellowing in the inside.
So I think we stull haven‘t found the guilty party.

Best retrobrighting vlog I've seen in ages, many thanks :o) Definitely give that a go as my hydrogen peroxide attempts have been far from successful lol
