sorry for the clickbait title, but this is important.

just going to come out and say it: especially in America (though not just here), prices for everything from cars to basic daily necessities may be rising very quickly in the near future. if supporting me on Patreon ever becomes a stretch too far for anyone, please PLEASE do not feel bad about canceling/pausing your subscription

I am incredibly grateful to every single one of you on Patreon, in particular those paying subscribers who are supporting me despite knowing I'm a glacially slow writer. incredibly grateful. it has allowed me to do what I do, including starting Wraithmarked, help to support the staff at the company, and continuing to write STORMWEAVER the way I want to write it. but I am also aware that I am incredibly privileged to have that support, and want any/all of you to know that if you aren't sure about your situation, if you feel like you're stretching yourself thin, if you feel like you could use that money somewhere else, PLEASE do not feel bad about canceling/pausing your subscription.

I will be okay. I will make things work one way or the other.

now, if you DO want to stick around, how am I going to make sure it's a worthy investment for you?

I will be upping the value of the Patreon starting in the second half of 2025 (taking some time to get ahead on things) in order to make sure you feel like you're getting more bang for your buck. I will be commissioning u/honokaArts and others for quarterly collectible WARFORMED postcards (they will have a gold-stamped signature, rather than hand-signed because I need to save my wrist) for every $5 and above, as well as quarterly collectible enamel pins for everyone $10 and up. this is meant to show my appreciation not only for your patience with my writing pace, but also to let you know I am aware that your money could be spent elsewhere, and I am grateful that you chose to spend it on me.

to be clear, I am not increasing the prices on Patreon. only upping the rewards you get with some physical goodies. if you're already subscribed, you will need to make no changes (other than please make sure your shipping address is up to date)!
