If we're going for accuracy to match the character, obviously without glasses. Because as everyone has pointed out glasses aren't needed in the Rei and Aria universe. Bio-genetic science and gene manipulation has made the need for eye glasses unnecessary. Unless, like I said before, librarian kink! Or, like someone else said, for artsy reasons.
