Yeah it's a really interesting piece of work, I wasn't sure what to expect seeing Justin Long cause my frame of reference was him in Accepted and Jeepers Creepers

These kind of movies just gravitate to me as 500 Days of Summer or Punch Drunk Love (which I watched recently for the first time last year) make me hate it and love it at the same time because it pulls that veil of my memories of the “what if” of my own relationships. I appreciate you sharing that little moment about yourself because I totally relate and that’s what makes the film hit me in the face everytime I watch it! Also yeah the dialogue is extremely white. I always just chalk it up to how Dell is as a character which makes his chase for that warmth a little more sincere. Also my favorite part of the review was you pointing out how the time frame of one night spent together is conveyed throughout from sunset to sunrise. Never picked up on that before but now I will never not notice it!
