Second Half of Lamarre's Conversation

Ultimately it was a great discussion. I've been speaking to Lamarre since the Dagashi Kashi video, so while our relationship has been a mainly professional one, he and I do keep in touch over email. Incredibly intelligent guy, very well-spoken. Busy as all hell, though.
As promised, I am not charging for this post, mainly because I never got the majority OK on it.
