Part 1 is an intro to why it's helpful to write a statement (whether you release it publicly or not!) and parts 2 - 6 are straight forward ideas for how to make writing a statement easier / actually useful to making new work.

I need to make work but I loose confidence in whether its going to be good just as i start making it. Like I have a form of ADHD where I get bored of something just as it crystalises. I dont know what that says but its bloody frustraiting. Sometimes it takes me a few months to realise that it was actually a good idea again haha
