1 in 8 women gets breast cancer sometime in her life. That means it's pretty much a certainty that someone reading this message will get it too. Please add a recurring reminder to your calendar to get your annual mammograms, check yourself routinely, and remind your loved ones too. It's a good idea even if you're only in your 30s, and definitely in your 40s. Even if you eat a healthy diet, walk many miles every day, and still get carded at casinos - it can still happen to you, and it's something you definitely want to catch as early as possible.
VaM and the VaM community is still my happy place, so I hope be back with some more releases soon. I'll try to catch up on DMs when I can.

There're no words to share with You how I can feel in hear about your's related health situation, but I'm sure she will fight her personal war as the best commander on duty, and will win over all the issues...
