After many days trekking, the bloody change to the colour of the river gives the first hints about the reason no upstream merchants or messengers have arrived this season.

Impaled skulls and the pile of bones in front of the falls removes any semblance of subtlety about the location of the problem.

What lies behind the falls? Will our heroes approach and try a classic vanquish or let discretion rule the day and return to report their discovery? (the good money is on the former).
