Episode / Rev naming

From this month, I am dropping my "revision" naming for each episode as it is slightly confusing, e.g. Episode 5 was 0.07. Episode 3 was 0.06, etc.
(The reason they didn't sync up is because the initial releases 0.01 and 0.02 weren't full episodes, so Episode 1 was actually 0.03)
So I am going to keep it simple and use Episode numbers only and drop the 0.0x tracking. Current release = Episode 5. Next release = Episode 6.
Not a very exciting post (I am almost fell asleep typing it).
