The illustration would be similar to this one: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/90698463 So, basically, she has both her arms raised, showing her hairy armpits. She is smelly and sweaty, but aroused. She is wearing a sleeveless black top and she has a choker with key around her neck. In next pictures, two penises (one darker and big, and one smaller and pale) are pushing against each of her armpits. Then they cum.
