Quantum Horizons ENB Hyper edition for NAC-X upload on nexus

Improved features and images
using the latest Fallout 4 binaries (2022-9-30)
and ENB Helper.
As of yet, it has been completed only for NAC-X.
Other weather mods, such as vanilla, will also be updated soon.

It shares shaders with PI-CHO N7.6. Custom Lut, Lut application through a drop-down box, etc are all possible.
Previously I used a different bloom shader but ended up using the same as PI-CHO.
There are pros and cons, but the pros seem to outweigh them.
Unlike before, it works dramatically on the environment but makes it less compatible with mods like Extreme Particle Overhaul.
