Hey! Once again I have managed to letter both tonight's page and the next page, so here are both of them! (But Friday's page is currently still just line art, colors on that later.)

I've been watching Locke & Key while I put Kickstarter things in bags. I like haunted house movies because I get to look at pretty mansions and a lot of pretty furniture, and this one really brings it. It isn't exactly a haunted house story, I guess, but it has the proper aesthetic so I'm good.

I've also been trying to perfect a shortbread that holds the shape of the clay mold well. I use the recipe that comes with the mold, but I still wind up with less definition than I'd like. I have a mold with swans and stars that feels to me very high fantasy/fairy tale, and I'd really like to get the design to show up well on the final cookies. I like eating the mistakes.
