Added 2022-11-07 00:43:57 +0000 UTCSo here we are, Monday again, and I have very little idea what I got done over the weekend. I know I was working the whole time. Well, I did watch Jenny Nicholson talk about the Evermore theme park for nearly four hours (on YouTube), which was worth every second, but other than that, I WAS working!
Now I'm eyeing the second half of yesterday's Reuben sandwich, so I might keep this shortish.
We took down our giant skeleton and it was actually pretty easy. I was worried that it would be a huge hassle, but no, he broke down very quickly and I don't think we'll have any trouble putting him up again next year. When we first went out to tear down, the neighbor's cat came to visit us, then saw what we were doing and made herself scarce. She's very friendly but there are limits. She's the Queen of our yard as well as her own, since our guys don't go outside she's very welcome here.
It was a beautiful day for it, but then the rain hit and while it was still a beautiful day, it was no longer one for outdoor giant skeleton teardown.
