Waifu on the Table

Originally just a joke for a friend, this turned out more of a sight than I expected.

So here we go~

Although widely popular in Japan, most ~normal~ people are still bound to have no clue what the f' Kantai Collection is supposed to be. Doesn't really matter either, other than for the background knowledge that the lady on the table today, Kaga. is from said game. A friend of mine being somewhat into her I asked him what surgery he’d want me to do on her if and sent him this picture of her in my pre-OP gown. Keep in mind that while he knows of my interests, he's a normal person when it comes to medical stuff.

He then mentioned further enhancing her already very decent breast size...Followed by about 10 times telling me not to actually do that. And that it's a horrible fucking idea, but I asked, so it's my fault I heard it.

Well, knowing how much it would embarrass him, but how much he's also into it...

I of course had to surprise him with a proper rendition of a waifu of his would look like in surgery.

One he said he'd never be able to convince her to have.

But I assume her admiral would be very able in directing her towards a necessary operation.

So welcome in our operating room, Kaga. It's an honour to have you and we'll get started right away. Please just remove your gown and make yourself comfortable right here.

It's too late to cancel the surgery now. Just lay back, relax for a change and let us treat you.

We know you haven't ever needed surgery before and it can be a pretty strange experience, but you are performing your duties admirably and he will be very pleased with your performance.
