Best friends, Erika and Aki are trying out a medical role play.

Aki's parents are on a trip and Erika got herself a retro nurse cosplay. Exactly when or where she got it remains unknown, however the interest in nursing seems to have come up, in the always bored and bold Erika, when visiting her best friend Aki, who was staying at the hospital following her leg surgery.

Erika always comes up with the craziest and most creative and sometimes weird activities to pass the time and her best friend Aki almost always ends up going along with them. Having actually come to enjoy them over time, as she used to spend much time alone at home before. Aki has always been a girl that's hard to embarrass and hard to intimate. So when Erika proposed an imaginary, somewhat old school and improvised surgery experience led by her, it was too interesting to pass up.

Aki would take the role of obedient patient having surgery in the earlier days of medicine, going to a large hospital that will attempt a surgical treatment for her disease.

Now, this turned out quite fetishy, but Erika just is that kind of person.

Aki somehow seeming very okay with her friends ideas and always being on board.

They might repeat thiskind of thing more often.

" Hello. Nice to meet you, ms. Ishimoto. I'm surgeon's nurse Erika and I will get you ready for the doctor today. Alright? "

" That's wonderful. Surgery is very difficult and can be dangerous. You need a skilled surgeon like Dr. Erika, who you will be having today. "

" Now, this is the medicine the doctor ordered for you. You must inhale the medicine deeply for it to take good effect. Understood? "

" Yes. "

Yep, as you can see this one is pretty wild. I made it some time ago and this is how far I got, so I thought I'd add some dialogue and post it. Let me know if you wanna see it continued.

I apologize for the lengthy pause. At first I was busy studying for my finals and then after actually graduating from my engineering school just wanted to take some time off, from basically everything.
