"Ah, don't worry I wouldn't have know if I wasn't told."
"Well, I see the nurses did a great job in getting you all set up~. Where they nice?"
"Yeah they were really nice! They also told me you'd be late."
"Haha that's good...I'll thank my colleagues for pointing out my shortcommings later."
*Aki giggles*
"But never mind that...It's surgery time! Yay!...How are you feeling, Aki?"
"Great. There's so much happening, it's really exciting."
"Nervous at all?"
"Just a little bit~ Not much."
"Awesome! Then let's rock this operation! Yeah?"
"Yeah!"
"Well, then without wasting more time, here is the much famed anesthesia mask. As we already dicussed I will only be using it to give you some oxygen while you fall asleep."
"Wow."
"Gonna gently place it on your cheeks now. Alright?"
*Aki nods~
"Here we go~"
"Is that comfortable?"
"Yes~"
"You're such a wonderful patient, Aki!"
*Tucks her hair in*
"Really?! Thank you!"
"Yeah, you are way more relaxed than me right now and super cute too."
*Aki giggles*
"Thanks."
"Well, we're pretty much ready. Can I press go on the anesthesia for you?"
"Yes, you can. I'm ready too."
"Wonderful~! Now, as soo as the medication reaches you, you will fall asleep very quickly. So if you relax, after the blink of an eye you'll be out in the wake up room. Even though I'd love to chat more."
"I want to chat more! I'll resist!"
"Great effort Aki! Many try it, but it's reaaallllyyy~ hard! So be prepared."
"I'll do it!"
"See? Now the medication is already in your arm."
"Now it's travelling up your neck~"
"Aaaaand by now it should be in your brain...Now you can actually start to resist."
"But there is no shame in going to sleep."
"Ah....It's cold!"
"Don't worry~ Just a moment~"
"H-Hey..."

*The anesthesiologist giggles*
"Now just tilt a bit back for me sweety~ There we go."
"I think you lasted over a second more than average. That's very good!"

Hehe, I'm sorry~! Ciffhangers are terrible, aren't they? xD Buuuut I can tell you that it will be a regular endotracheal tube, held secure with a thomas style tube holder ;) In fact, you can toatally see it already on my twitter! :D
