Henry VIII News & January Update

Howdy patrons! Hope you all have had a great start to the year. This month has flown by. Lloyd was over in England for a week performing a couple of improv shows and having a few light beers with HeadMonk, whilst Pete was making a raft of changes to the studio setup back in LA. We have all been researching all sorts of characters - there's a lot of ideas on the table for future S6 videos. And we will need your help in the coming months, whether it be prompting us with suggestions, voting on ideas or helping us to start writing lyrics.

But, right now - we just wanted to give you an update on a few things...

HENRY VIII vs HILLARY CLINTON

Many, many years ago we shot a video featuring Henry VIII vs Hillary Clinton. It had Shay Carl and Susan Deming portraying the two characters. The video was never released. The one issue with it, was that it was absolutely terrible. Over the years fans have clamoured to see it, but we really, really didn't want to let it out of the archives. But, you patrons are very special. So, we have dusted down the video files and been editing it this month; and hope to be able to upload it to Patreon before Monday. [We might release it on YouTube some day, but for now it will be for patron eyes only] Just don't set your expectations too high! :)

DIRECTORS ITEMS

Many of our Director tier patrons will have qualified to receive free items in the post (whether it be for 3+, 6+ or 9+ months support). There is a lot of logistics involved from design, to manufacture, to database management to packing and distribution and we have had various delays this month. Apologies for that. We really appreciate your patience in waiting for your items - we haven't forgotten you! We are aiming to dispatch all packages by the end of next week (Feb 7th).

JANUARY QUIZ & PRIZES

The deadline for entering this months quiz is tomorrow (Midnight PT Jan 31st) so if you haven't yet entered please do. You can win the 'Quentin Tarantino' sign from the Directors battle and an autographed lyric sheet. On top of that Director tier patrons can win an actual ERB Streamy Award. We have added a brand new polling system called 'Most Wanted' to add another layer to the way our patrons can all have input on potential match-up ideas. WRITING ROOM DISCORD CHAT

Later today at 12pm PT [Los Angeles] all writer and director tier patrons are invited to join Pete, Lloyd and Zach over on the discord server for a chat session. It will occur in the 'concepts-and-spoilers' channel and last about an hour. It's the place to be for the inside track on what we have cooking. Hope you can make it. (If not - we will pin the first message of the chat session so you can read back through in your leisure)
