Holding on to something? Feeling anxiously attached? Think of it as if you are trying to hold onto water. You are trying to keep every drop in your hands and you are squeezing it so tinglty yet it all just slips though your fingers and every last drop sneaks though the cracks and the folds.
Now you have nothing.
However, if you just gently cup it and you take care of it, it will stay right where it is. Comfortable and peaceful.
