There was an arcade fishing game from 1998 I used to play on the computer. Though I can't remember what it was called.

2016-09-09 13:42:21 +0000 UTCOnce you beat a well-made tower defence game there's usually a LOT of things left to do in terms of clearing goals and becoming more powerful and whatnot and replaying levels over and over just for that sake I find to be fairly relaxing and pointless at the same time. My TD games of choice are the Defense Grid and GemCraft games. I'd like to make my own someday as I have several ideas, but it probably won't be any day soon. :P

2016-09-09 00:26:47 +0000 UTCThis is like someone fished in World of Warcraft or some other MMO and thought, "There should be an MMO just about fishing!" This actually reminds me a lot of the Mii Plaza game on my Nintendo 3DS that is about fishing and you too can also make aquariums out of what you caught... you can only play it if you tag other 3DS owners with your 3DS to get their Mii characters to give you bait, but still, it's actually a pretty well-done fishing game! But I don't think a fishing game of "substance" exists. :P ...Now I wonder if that is even possible to even create... lol. But I do understand your desire to have a mindless game or thing to do to pass the time, though! Sometimes you just don't wanna think that much for a while, and that's ok :)
