LGR - Retro Fever - Apple II Game Review

Oh, the stories I could tell throughout my collecting career. I was actually doing some business at a local e-cycler recently, I did some good deals with the wife of the husband/wife run business. Then one day I walked in and saw a nice TRS-80 Model 1 with monitor sitting there. We asked how much, and he husband, unfortunately as it turned out, had walked in. He proceeded to look it up on ebay and saw a similar lot on eBay listed for $400, so that was his price, and he wasn't budging. We nicely declined and walked out. I've never been back since.

I truly believe the evil reseller is modeled after the suave older gentleman that haunts my local monthly electronicsfest. I haven't been able to score a vintage PC there for about the last 4 months (its held once a month). I believe hes used his ill gotten gains to buy genetic enhancements so he can materialize in front of me, mind control the vendors to only see him and then buy every single piece of vintage hardware in range.

Nothing says Lazy Gaming uploading a video 10 months after it was recorded. This also really makes me want an Apple II. Unfortunately, I never had one.

That is particularly rad. It's sweet to see more old systems get homebrew titles made for 'em. Grabbed the download to give it a spin in my Apple II emulator of choice. If I ever get a real one… totally would have to get a physical copy :)
