Morrowind Modding Showcases - Channel News for November 14th

Alright, I'm a bit late with the channel update this week. As usual, we have a quick review of the videos released last week and the current status for videos upcoming this week, but first, it looks like the pilot episodes have been decided on in our online poll. Morrowind Modding History and Morrowind Mini-Mod Showcases will be the two new series coming to the channel, and not Cities of Cyrodiil. We'll start releasing the pilot episodes to the public later this week and begin work on the next batch of pilot episodes for December (I already have an idea for a Morrowind series, but I'm still open to suggestions, just send me a message either here or on the Nexus).

Anyway, last week was a bit disappointing in terms of video releases, only two out of seven videos released on time, the rest were delayed. This was mostly due to hard-drive gridlock, where multiple videos were sitting at around 50% complete, but with only 20gb of free space, there simply wasn't room to get any of them finished. The new hard-drive should arrive this week, so that'll alleviate matters on that front. Anyway, here's the review:

Tuesday - Morrowind Mod of the Month - April 2016

Status: Released on Time

Wednesday - Oblivion House Mod Hunters - Episode 16

Status: DELAYED ONE WEEK

Note: Currently Finished, Uploaded and Ready for Release on November 16th

Thursday - December Morrowind Modding Madness Announcement Video

Status: DELAYED FOUR DAYS

Note: Released on November 14th

Friday - Oblivion Modding Showcases - Episode 5

Status: DELAYED ONE WEEK

Note: Currently on Schedule for Release on November 18th

Saturday - Morrowind Modding Showcases - Episode 55

Status: DELAYED ONE WEEK

Note: Currently on Schedule for Release on November 19th

Sunday - Top Ten Morrowind Mods of 2013 - A Retrospective

Status: Released on Time

Obviously, many of the delayed videos will be released this week, and we've already posted the December Morrowind Modding Madness Announcement Video. This is a team-based modding competition and you can read the full details about it here .

In any event, here's this week's schedule for the next seven days in terms of new video content on the channel:

Now you'll notice in this schedule that two pilot episodes have been scheduled for public release. Since these are videos that are already finished and online, they won't really involve any work or taking any time from the other videos in our lineup here. The other thing to note is the Morrowind Modding Madness - Advertising Blip. For this competition we'll be doing weekly 30~60 second advertisement videos on the channel to increase interest in this new modding competition leading up to December 1st. These are just going to be fun little small promotional videos to get people excited about the event.

Anyway, that wraps up everything I wanted to cover for this week. Tune in next Sunday for another channel news update report, and don't forget to check out Morrowind Modding Madness!
