Why do we have time zones?

For the record, not only do I want to get rid of Daylight Saving Time (don't forget to change your clocks this weekend some of you!), but I'd be fine with completely abolishing time zones.

Yes! I was being Potty Trained when Hammer was dominating the airwaves with “Can’t Touch This.” Say what you will about those ridiculous outfits he sported, but he sure could dance and that song is a fun one! Also, I have never understood how or why Home Improvement lasted 8 years on the air! Not only that, but it was a hit show through a lot of it’s time on the air. A lot of things have turned for the worse since the show was on the air, but I can definitively say television shows have improved greatly.

Tool Time!” Definitely neat to learn about the history of time zones and how they came to be. As polarized as the United States is, I think the majority of Americans want to do away with daylight savings time. Nothing is more depressing than it getting dark at 5pm in the dead of winter!

Also imagine if the prim ended up being France’s or even China’s… might have to make a map for that one haha
