As much as I love pin making it was a little disheartening putting this together and realizing I don’t really make illustrations as often as I should. Strange, since it’s what I both struggle & love doing the most!
You can tell how my ‘style’ fluctuates severely from thick lines, to lineless, then back to mangalike lines and now a combination of both? I’ve come to terms with this inconsistency? & the fact that I’ll probably find a way to merge all styles with time. Just not today, lol.
September & October were my most productive months, since I’ve actually been selfconcious about this for a while and tried to pick up the pace, but you can’t really tell since I could only pick one ilu for this collage?
One thing I’m really happy about it’s the fact that I no longer take forever (months?) to finish something! Don’t get me wrong, I still have a billion tabs open on ClipStudio with unfinished doodles, but it’s not as bad as, let’s say, 2 years ago.
I was thinking of also doing a one year of pins collage, but I gave that up the moment I started organizing it because I didn’t know how to even start. Do I place the illustration of the pin on the month I designed it or the image of the finished pin on the month I actually received it? It was overwhelming af. Mission aborted.
