INTEMPERANCE VII - Chapter 10, I Hear it's Your Birthday

Another example of how reader feedback is appreciated and sometimes helps move the story along in ways it would not have done by me operating alone. I don't think I would have thought of this on my own. Anyway, this chapter takes place over a single day, is a bit more lighthearted overall, but I think it advances the plot considerably for future chapters. As always, let me know how I'm doing. It has lots of my two favorite characters to write dialogue for in it.
