I do not believe that, at this point in the story, Meghan the nanny and Matt Tisdale have ever actually met each other. Please confirm that I am correct in this. I'm hoping to finish up chapter 20 tonight. If I can't, I will definitely finish it tomorrow. I don't recall any point where they met each other, but sometimes I forget little details.
