INTEMPERANCE V - Chapter 6, I Just Wanna Fly

One of my Patrons is from Colombia and gave me some good advice about scenes in Colombia in particular and South America in general. I have incorporated that advice into some minor changes to Chapter 1 which will be reflected in this chapter - mostly having to do how one should get around in Bogota in the mid-90s. I understand that this chapter does not do a whole lot to advance the overall plot of the story- at least not obviously. Hopefully you will bear with me as Jake finally getting his dreamed-of aircraft seemed like something I needed to describe in detail. It also develops the relationship between he and Suzie. I really enjoyed writing this chapter despite the heavier than normal amount of research I had to do. Let me know how I did.

Already been fixed for the final version. Hopefully these little errors are not detracting too much from the story?
