2024-07-10 17:18:06 +0000 UTChavent finished it quite yet but i love how she describes the things she feels & how she experiences it. even tho i dont have CPTSD/PTSD i could relate to some of the feelings she mentioned and she talks about how it is to experience them so well. i got alot out of this book because of that, she talks about certain feelings that i couldnt even begin to describe myself
