Today was pretty good!
A lot of work on side characters or details. For example, I asked Personalias to write new dialogues for the NPCs during the segment where Fiona goes to Karlton's lab.
Until now, I was just shortening the dialogue from the other timeline. Now, there's new additional dialogues for Derek, Mr.Hanners, Mr. Miller and a side character on the north of Rabine.
I also received help from Bobob for a lot of NPCs dialogues, thanks a lot to him!
In the other timeline, there was a lot of drastic changes. Here, reality stay more or less the same. The NPCs simply react differently around Fiona since she's a "preschooler". We paid attention to change every NPC line accordingly!
Of course, "bigger" NPCs are also affected and have new interactions with Fiona. That include Alma and Marie, Marna, the Sayers, Molly and Mr.Miller.
To really mark the shift, I re-draw the loading screen of this chapter to replace Eclair with Fiona. I thought it could be a cool detail for this timeline.
I ended the day by working on a scene where Fiona get grabbed against her will to participate in the preschool show and somewhat...Enjoy it?
I only did the first part of the scene but as you can see, there was a new bustset to do so it was a pretty demanding part!
And that's about it! Next week, I'll probably end this scene and work on the next big one who should take place in the nursery.

An ending I would love to see is Fiona restoring her mother's maturity while leaving herself, Eclair, and the others stuck as babies forever with their parents visiting to bring them for play dates. I wouldn't see it as a "bad" ending but a cute ending on the heavily regressed path. Of course, I am very sure Pieceofsoap already has something planned but still excited for the results.

2021-05-19 22:44:14 +0000 UTCI am still excited to see the bad endings on the Tier 3 and 4 maturity routes. (I find the bad endings to be quite adorable a lot of times.) But the work done so far is quite amazing.
