So this is where I'm confused. Kari's transformation in the opening of 3 is different from the first volume. So it seems the out of universe changes to the narrative also changed Kari's transformation process.

In your recent ones, Kari became a hucow under different circumstances. So if the detective is back in this one, does that mean it follows HFV 2's storyline. Apologies for the confusion
