Inuyasha, the half demon, lies in an old fashioned baby carriage which is a little bit too small for him and has four wheels. He wears a full/loaded disposable diaper and has a pacifier in his mouth. In addition he is naked or wears a babyish shirt too. Inuyasha crosses his arms and looks grumpy. Kagome shoves the baby carriage. She has Shippo's tail (little fox demon boy), because Kagome's look is just Shippo's magic disguise. He smiles cheeky.

Now on her hands and knees and happily pooping her shorts as the artifact starts generating a diaper and baby supplies out of thin air around her while replacing her trademark guns with baby toys.
